We provide a shut-off scheduled for the time you leave and schedule a turn-on for when you return. You or your representative must be available at the time the water is turned back on in order to check your home for leaks. *This service is provided for a small fee. If you plan to leave your home for several hours or a few days, it is wise to leave your heat on during winter months at 55 degrees F or higher and make sure doors are open to rooms and cabinets where pipes are located in order to prevent damage.
*FEE: There is a fee of $40.00 required at the time service is rendered for the turn-on, no fee is collected for turn-off service.
