Close an Account
If you are selling your property, it is important to notify us of the following information in order to close your account. It is the Customer's responsibility to provide PIH Water Company with the new owner's contact information.
In the Company's Rates, Rules and Regulations it states:
Item 16. It shall be the customer's responsibility to inform the Company of any change of ownership immediately upon transfer.
Item 17. All charges of any kind due the Company at the time of change of ownership or property transfer, must be settled at that time.
